Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Beef chuck
  • 14 oz Coconut milk
  • 60 g Massaman curry paste
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 100 g Peanuts
  • 30 ml Tamarind paste
  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Palm sugar
  • 1 piece Cinnamon stick

Instructions

    Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces. Soak potatoes in water to remove excess starch.
