Mango Sticky Rice
Sweet sticky rice topped with ripe mango slices and drizzled with coconut cream. Classic Thai dessert.

- •400 ml Coconut milk
- •100 g Sugar
- •1 tsp Salt
- •2 pcs Ripe mango
- •1 to taste Sesame seeds
- •1 to taste Lime

Soak sticky rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain well before steaming.

Steam rice over boiling water for 25 minutes until tender but still slightly sticky.

Mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
