  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 0.5 lb Pork belly
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 lb Rice noodles
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Pickled daikon
  • 1 bunch Herbs

Instructions

    Make dipping sauce: vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, carrot
