Vegetable Biryani
Fragrant layered rice dish with spiced mixed vegetables, saffron, caramelized onions, and fresh herbs. Vegetarian celebration dish.
Ingredients

- •1 teaspoon Salt
- •1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- •1 to taste Basmati rice
- •1 to taste Yogurt
- •1 to taste Onions

- •1 to taste Garlic
- •1 to taste Garam masala
- •1 to taste Saffron
- •1 to taste Mixed vegetables
- •1 to taste Mint
