Tres Leches
Cake soaked in three kinds of milk, topped with whipped cream. Latin dessert - incredibly moist and decadently sweet.

- •350 ml Evaporated milk
- •1 cup Flour
- •1.5 tsp Baking powder
- •350 ml Condensed milk
- •250 ml Heavy cream
- •1 tsp Cinnamon
- •1 cup Fruit

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

Whisk eggs and sugar until thick and pale, about 5 minutes. Fold in flour and vanilla.
