Ingredients

  • 600 g Chicken thighs
  • 80 ml Soy sauce
  • 60 ml Mirin
  • 30 ml Sake
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Instructions

    Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, and garlic for teriyaki sauce.

    💡 Warm the mixture slightly to help dissolve the sugar.

    Marinate chicken for 30 minutes or overnight.

    Pan-fry or grill chicken over medium-high heat until caramelized.
