Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion

Instructions

    Make taiyaki batter: mix flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, and water. Let rest 30 minutes.

    Prepare filling: red bean paste (or custard, ice cream). Have ready near the pan.

    Heat taiyaki iron (or use waffle maker): brush with oil.

    Pour thin layer of batter. Add filling in the center. Close iron.
