A bright, tangy Mexican green sauce made from fire-roasted tomatillos, jalapenos, cilantro, and onion. Perfect with chips, tacos, or grilled meats.

- •3 cloves Garlic
- •1 bunch Cilantro
- •30 ml Lime juice
