Patatas Bravas
Crispy fried potatoes tossed in spicy bravas sauce. Spanish tapas essential.
Ingredients

- •0.5 cup Olive oil
- •1 teaspoon Salt
- •0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- •1 medium Onion
- •3 cloves Garlic
- •2 cans Tomatoes
- •2 tbsp Paprika
- •0.5 tsp Cayenne
- •1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
- •0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- •0.5 cup Aioli

Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes, parboil 5 min
