Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cans Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Aioli
