Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Green bananas
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 lb Yautia
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 12 pieces Plantain leaves
  • 12 pieces Aluminum foil

Instructions

    Peel and grind green bananas and yautia

    Season meat with onion, peppers, garlic, cumin, capers

    Lay plantain leaf flat, spread banana mixture

    Add meat filling, fold leaf around

    Wrap tightly in foil
