Ingredients

  • 500 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 piece Vanilla bean
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 2.25 tsp Gelatin
  • 200 g Fruit puree
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Fresh berries
  • 4 sprigs Mint

Instructions

    Bloom gelatin in cold water 5 min

    Heat cream with split vanilla bean until simmering

    💡 Infuses flavor

    Stir in sugar until dissolved, remove from heat

    💡 Add bloomed gelatin

    Pour into molds, chill 4 hours.

    Dip molds in hot water to unmold
