Pancakes
Fluffy American breakfast pancakes served with maple syrup and butter.
Ingredients

- •1 cup Sugar
- •1.25 cups Milk
- •0.5 cup Butter
- •1 piece Egg
- •2 large Eggs
- •1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- •1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- •1.5 tbsp Baking powder
- •0.5 tsp Baking soda
- •0.5 tsp Salt
- •1 cup Maple syrup
- •0.5 cup Blueberries

Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugars, baking powder, soda, salt

Whisk wet: milk, egg, melted butter

Pour wet into dry, stir until just combined - lumps OK

Let batter rest 5 min
💡 Hydrates flour

Heat griddle to 375°F, butter lightly
💡 Test with drop of water

Pour 1/4 cup batter, flip when bubbles pop
💡 Flip when set
