Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion

Instructions

    Make dough: mix flour and water. Knead until smooth. Rest 30 minutes covered.

    Make filling: combine ground pork, cabbage, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and seasonings.

    Roll dough into thin circles. Place filling in center.

    Pleat edges to seal, creating a rosette pattern. Pinch top closed.

    Steam for 12-15 minutes until dough is translucent and filling cooked.

    💡 The steamed-then-fried method gives best texture.
