Ingredients

- •4 cups Cheddar cheese
- •2 cups Milk
- •150 g Gruyere cheese
- •60 g Butter
- •60 g All-purpose flour
- •4 tbsp Flour
- •1 tsp Mustard powder
- •1 tsp Dijon mustard
- •1 tsp Paprika
- •100 g Panko breadcrumbs
- •1 cup Breadcrumbs
- •1 tsp Salt
- •0.5 tsp Black pepper

Cook pasta until just shy of al dente
