Korean Japchae
Sweet and savory Korean glass noodles with vegetables and sometimes beef. Chewy, flavorful, and celebratory.
Ingredients
- •8 oz Sweet potato starch noodles
- •0.5 lb Beef sirloin
- •3 tbsp Soy sauce
- •2 tbsp Sesame oil
- •2 tbsp Sugar
- •3 cups Spinach
- •1 medium Carrot
- •1 small Onion
- •3 cloves Garlic
- •2 stalks Green onions
- •2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Gather all ingredients. Wash, chop, and measure as needed.
