Ingredients

  • 2 cans Chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Tahini
  • 2 pieces Lemon
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp Parsley

    Drain chickpeas, remove skins for smoother hummus
