Ingredients

- •3 medium Tomatoes
- •0.5 medium Red onion
- •0.5 cup Kalamata olives
- •8 oz Feta cheese
- •60 ml Olive oil
- •2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- •1 tsp Dried oregano
- •2 tbsp Capers
- •1 tsp Salt
- •0.5 tsp Pepper

Cut cucumber and tomatoes into large chunks

💡 Quality olives make or break this salad - buy whole, not sliced.
