Chicken Enchiladas

- •12 pcs Corn tortillas
- •400 g Shredded chicken
- •3 cups Enchilada sauce
- •200 g Cheddar cheese
- •1 medium Onion
- •150 ml Sour cream
- •0.5 cup Cilantro
- •100 g Green chilies
- •3 cloves Garlic
- •1 tsp Cumin
- •1 tbsp Chili powder
- •0.25 cup Pickled jalapenos

Preheat oven to 375F. Spread some sauce on bottom of baking dish.

Warm tortillas to make them pliable. Fill with chicken and cheese.
💡 Too hot or too cold tortillas will crack.

Mix chicken with some sauce and cheese

Pour remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
