Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 12 pcs Corn tortillas
  • 400 g Shredded chicken
  • 3 cups Enchilada sauce
  • 200 g Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 150 ml Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 100 g Green chilies
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 0.25 cup Pickled jalapenos

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375F. Spread some sauce on bottom of baking dish.

    💡 This prevents sticking and adds flavor.

    Warm tortillas to make them pliable. Fill with chicken and cheese.

    💡 Too hot or too cold tortillas will crack.

    Mix chicken with some sauce and cheese

    Pour remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
