Crispy Egg Rolls
Crispy, golden egg rolls filled with savory vegetables and sometimes meat. Crunchy outside, flavorful inside.
Ingredients
- •12 pcs Egg roll wrappers
- •300 g Ground pork
- •200 g Cabbage
- •1 medium Carrots
- •30 ml Soy sauce
- •15 ml Sesame oil

Brown pork with soy sauce. Set aside.

Sauté cabbage and carrots until wilted.
💡 Don't overcook - they should still have crunch.

Mix with pork. Cool completely before wrapping.

Roll up tightly, seal with water.
💡 Seal edges firmly to prevent opening.

Fry at 350F until golden, about 4-5 minutes.
