Ingredients

  • 3 cups Basmati rice
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 2 lbs Lamb
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Biryani masala
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 0.5 cup Ghee
  • 0.5 cup Mint
  • 1 cup Fried onions

Instructions

    Marinate lamb in yogurt and spices for 4 hours

    Soak rice 30 min, parboil until 70% done

    Crispy fry sliced onions in ghee
