Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 0.5 lb Beef sirloin
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 per serving Fried egg
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic

    Cook rice, keep warm

    Marinate beef with sesame oil and soy, cook

    💡 Acid-based marinades work fast (30min-2hrs), oil-based need longer. Season generously.

    Blanch spinach, season with sesame oil

    Blanch bean sprouts, season

    💡 Chewy texture

    Julienne carrots and zucchini, sauté separately
