Bibimbap
Korean rice bowl topped with assorted seasoned vegetables, beef, and a fried egg. Colorful and customizable.
Ingredients
- •3 cups Cooked rice
- •0.5 lb Beef sirloin
- •2 cups Spinach
- •1 medium Carrot
- •1 small Zucchini
- •1 cup Bean sprouts
- •1 per serving Fried egg
- •3 tbsp Gochujang
- •2 tbsp Sesame oil
- •2 tbsp Soy sauce
- •3 cloves Garlic
