Gather ingredients: rice flour, tapioca starch, coconut milk, fillings (mung bean, pork).

Mix rice flour, tapioca starch, and coconut milk into a smooth batter.

Steam mung beans with sugar until soft. Season ground pork with salt and pepper.

Pour thin layer of batter in greased molds. Add filling, then top with more batter.
