Baklava
Layers of crispy phyllo with honey-soaked nuts and orange blossom syrup. Sweet, sticky, Middle Eastern classic.
Ingredients

- •1 teaspoon Salt
- •2 cups Walnuts
- •0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- •1 cup Almonds
- •2 tablespoons Olive oil
- •1 cup Sugar
- •3 cloves Garlic
- •2 tsp Cinnamon
- •1 cup Water
- •1 cup Honey
- •1 medium Onion
- •1 cup Butter
- •1 piece Lemon
- •4 pieces Cloves

Make syrup: boil sugar, water, honey, lemon, cloves 10 min

Melt butter, layer phyllo in pan with butter between each
