Apple Pie

- •2 discs Pie crust
- •0.75 cup Sugar
- •0.25 cup Brown sugar
- •2 tsp Cinnamon
- •0.25 tsp Nutmeg
- •1 tbsp Lemon juice
- •30 g Butter
- •2 tbsp Flour
- •1 piece Egg wash

Slice apples thin, about 1/4 inch.

Roll out one crust, place in pie dish
