Ingredients

  • 6 large Apples
  • 2 discs Pie crust
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 30 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 piece Egg wash

    Slice apples thin, about 1/4 inch.
